It is an 8 minute stroll to the popular Playa Flamingo beach and only 1km to the harbour and town centre. The fabulous new Marina Rubicon is about a 5 min’s drive from the villa; with the beaches of Papagayo nearby. The master bedroom over looks the terrace and pool. The terrace has BBQ, 6 sunbeds, large table and 6 chairs. Casa Jameli is professionally managed with a 24 hour support service based in Playa Blanca. Changeover day Changeover day is flexible. Villa to be vacated by 10am. Villa can be occupied from 3pm. These may be altered with prior arrangement. Pool cleaned midweek. Comprehensive optional welcome pack (all essentials) £20. Notes on accommodation Solar heated pool. This villa will easily sleep 8 adults and one child (in cot). Highchair and cot available to hire at £25 per week for both. There are 3 steps onto the terrace, then it is all on one level. The villa, terraces and pool are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Amenities/Facilities provided Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, room fans, cot,high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests),pool heater. Accessibility Anyone with slight walking difficulties should have no problem accessing the villa. There are only 3 steps from the drive to villa, everywhere else is flat. Outside Solar heated private pool (7x4) all year round (free), electric heating available for winter months to help boost the temperature this extra heating is available for £50 per week. Outside shower, BBQ, sunbeds and patio furniture. Private gardens. Private off road parking and lockable gate. Coast/Beach 8 minute walk to nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) to the bottom of the road, turn right, turn left (nearly straight over) follow the road go to the right of the Flamingo Aparthotel, down the hill, beach is on the right with extended walks along the sea front to the Marina Rubicon. 15 minutes walk to town centre. Golf There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away. There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive. Travel 25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire not necessary but recommended. Distances Playa Blanca Harbour with ferry to Fuerteventura is approx 15-20 min walk. The centre with a variety of shops and restaurants is about 25 min walk. Further details If you like to know what's going on in Lanzarote pick up a 'Gazette' available free locally. No all male/female parties allowed under 25 years of age. Please note minimum booking age 25. If you wish to smoke please do so, on the terrace. Attractions At Arrieta there is the The Aloe Vera House, a new musuem, also visit the beach "Playa de la Garita". Visit the Cesar Manrique Fundacion, the Jameos del Agua or the Montanas del Fuego (The Fire Mountains) where you can also go Camel Riding. There is also the Whale Musuem in Puerto Calero, also a good place for a coffee and to see all the fabulous yachts moored there. Car needed for all these places. There are various different beaches to also visit, El Golfo (also got fabulous Fish Restaurants which only serve fish caught that day). Please be careful on these beaches with small children as there can be strong currents and tides. Booking notes Discounts available on bookings made within 28 days of departure. Please ring for further details. Deposit £200 per week (Non-refundable). Full Payment 6 weeks prior to departure.
