flights to your destination you need to contact the owners or management company. All the details should be listed on the contact part of the advert or by completing the enquiry form at the bottom of the page alto I recommend giving the owners a call as that’s the best way to guarantee you the week that you want if it isn’t already taken. Always ask questions such as the makeup of the bedrooms, number of towlchanges per week who does the cleaning if there is a welcome pack in the villa for our arrival.
Most owners will ask you to pay for one week accommodation and then a breakage premium, if everything is left in normal condition this should be returned.
Payments are normally dealt with via bank transfer or check
so now you have arrived at your villa. The owners will normally give you a password to an outdoor key safe where the management company will leave the keys. The villa should be clean and beads made with clean towels.
Over a one week stay normally only towels changed midweek and pool cleaned, But over a two week stay most management companies will do a mid-stay clean and two towel changes and two pool cleans.
The normality is to depart from the villa by about 10am and to be allowed to enter at 2pm this gives the management company time to do maintenance and a full clean.
