This stunning detached 4 bedroom villa offers high quality holiday accommodation within walking distance of Playa Blanca town centre and beach.
This villa is one of the few holiday villas to offer a large garden with grass on the island. The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool, electrically heated from September, and a large stone barbecue, as well as magnificent panoramic mountain views from the roof terrace.
The villa has been furnished and is maintained to a very high standard. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace and pool, with a separate dining room leading through to the fully fitted and modern kitchen. There is satellite TV with a DVD player in the lounge for your entertainment, the whole villa has a music system throughout and a table football game. In addition, the twin bedroom has a TV with DVD player and Playstation 2 with games.
On the ground level is the master bedroom with patio doors leading outside. There is another double bedroom on the ground level, as well as a bathroom and guest cloakroom. Upstairs is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together with a bathroom and access to the roof terrace with the magnificent panoramic mountain views.

Accessibility
Anyone with slight walking difficulties will be able to access the villa. This villa is on two levels, but has two double bedrooms located on the ground floor.

Golf
There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away.
There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive.
Travel
25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire not necessary but is recommended.
Distances
Playa Blanca has a harbor with ferry’s taking you only a short hop over to Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca centre, with shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa.

Attractions
At Arrieta there is the The Aloe Vera House a new museum, also visit the beach "Playa de la Garita.
Visit the Cesar Manrique Fundacion, the Jameos del Agua or the Montanas del Fuego (The Fire Mountains) where you can also go Camel Riding.
There is also the Whale Museum in Puerto Calero, also a good place for a coffee and to see all the fabulous yachts moored there. Car needed for all these places.
There are various different beaches to also visit, El Golfo (also got fabulous Fish Restaurants which only serve fish caught that day).
Please be careful on these beaches with small children as there can be strong currents and tides.
