RentalHolidays.co.uk New Advertising Packages

Due to the increasing costs of running our website as from the 1st of October our website will become a commission based service. Commission will be charged at a rate of 7%*.
This extra funding will increase our marketing budget allowing us to generate more bookings for our clients and provide you with more consistent flow of bookings. At present our clients receive an average or 4 Enquiries per month, we hope to increase this to 8 per month by summer 2008

How the new system will work.

The new system will continue to function in the same way as before, you will still be able to change details of you property by logging on to your account on our website.
Once we have received a Booking Enquiry for you property, we will check availability and prices with yourself and answer any questions that the client may have regarding you property, then once the dates are confirmed, we will pass you the details of the client that made the booking for you to contact them to arrange payment and terms of the booking.
Once you have received the clients details you will receive an Email with a link to our payment site were you can follow the on screen instructions to pay by Credit/Debit card and print your receipt.
Clients that fail to pay there commission once there booking has been confirmed by our client without good reason will have there property removed from our site.

We would like to ask that each client may send us there new prices for High Season and Low Season (remember to include the 7%) any clients that with to discuss this matter with us please email us or fill out the Contact Us form out on our website or by clicking here.
