Terms and conditions of using rentalholidays.co.uk

1.      Neither Coast to Coast Online nor rentalholidays.co.uk will not accept any responsibility for properties and businesses advertised on this site.

2.      Neither Coast To Coast Online nor rentalholidays.co.uk nor any of its employees will be responsible for any damages caused by any of the content or use of this site.

3.      Neither Coast To Coast Online nor rentalholidays.co.uk nor any of its employees will be responsible for damages including financial loss, loss of information, loss or damage to property, third party claims or any other damages.

4.      Coast To Coast Online reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change and edit the final advert without notification to the client.

10. Minimum time for advertising is 12 months (with the exception to trade adverts) and therefore all adverts will be billed for the full 12 months in advance. Other time scales may be available but only to be authorised by the board of directors.

11. The translation service operated by our company may contain errors and we will not accept any responsibility for these errors. Any recurring issues that need to be resolved will be charged at 30£ per hour

13.You will be sent a invoice each month via email that must be paid by check, transfer or by following the link in the email to our account in the uk. Owners that refuse to pay will be given a notification and then all inquires will be passed on to other customers. Legal action may be taken to clients that refuse to pay within 30days.If a invoise becomes greater than £500 before the end of the month then you will automatically be sent a email asking you to pay. We ask you to be honest and tell us when you receive a booking with us, however it is company policy to make random checks to your clients.

14. The information in our sms weather updates is only a prediction and we will not be responsible for mal predictions.

16. Our 50 ENQUIRIES GARANTEED POLICY is subject to the following terms.
-Property is appealing
-property has a letting licence
-property is professionally maintained
-50 enquires is an estimated annual response to the average advert.
-if you think your property will not meat theses expectations you must produce a written complaint to one of the management within the first 10 months of advertising.
-no refund will be given, but the expiry date of your advert extended until your property receives the full 50 enquires.
-we do not guarantee that the 50 enquiries will be in the first 12 months of advertising.
