The Villa has been stylishly furnished, from the sumptuous leather suite in the lounge, to the complete modern kitchen. The Villa is fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD players. The master bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite and patio doors leading out onto the terrace and pool area. The second is another double bedroom, and the third room has two single beds. The main bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms. The garden area is secured with a locking front gate. The pool and terrace area is south-facing and very private (for those that prefer a little shade there are two umbrellas located on the terrace), framed with stunning mountain views perfect for that early morning swim or a relaxed evening barbeque. The Villa is located in a peaceful and quiet residential area in Playa Blanca and is an easy 15 minute walk to the resort centre beach. There is a small supermarket located just five minutes walk away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Villa to be vacated by 10am. Villa can be occupied from 3pm. These may be altered with prior arrangement.

• Bedroom 1 with double bed with en-suite, patio doors leading outside to the terrace and pool
• Bedroom 2 with double bed, patio doors.
• Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
• Bathrooms: En suite to bedroom 1, shower, vanity unit, WC and bidet.
• Main bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit, WC and bidet.
• Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven / grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
• Living Room: Large lounge with cream leather corner suite, Flat Screen Wall Mounted TV, matching lounge furniture.
Cleaning/towels
Linen/maid service: Towels and linen included (except pool/beach towels and cot bedding). The towels and bedding are changed weekly and a weekly full clean.
Amenities/Facilities provided
Oven/grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, satellite TV, books, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pool heater, brand new ladies and gentleman’s mountain bicycles available (with 100Euro deposit – locks are provided.)
Accessibility
Anyone with slight walking difficulties will be able to access the villa. This villa is on one level.
Outside
Heated private pool. Outside BBQ, sun beds and patio furniture (8 garden chairs and 8 deck chairs). Private gardens. Off street parking.
Golf
There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away.
There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive.
Travel
25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire not necessary but recommended.
Distances
Playa Blanca has a harbor with ferry’s taking you only a short hop over to Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca centre, with shops and restaurants are an easy 15 min walk away. There is also a small supermarket only 5 mins walk away from the villa.

Attractions
At Arrieta there is the The Aloe Vera House a new museum, also visit the beach "Playa de la Garita.
Visit the Cesar Manrique Fundacion, the Jameos del Agua or the Montanas del Fuego (The Fire Mountains) where you can also go Camel Riding.
There is also the Whale Museum in Puerto Calero, also a good place for a coffee and to see all the fabulous yachts moored there. Car needed for all these places.
There are various different beaches to also visit, El Golfo (also got fabulous Fish Restaurants which only serve fish caught that day).
Please be careful on these beaches with small children as there can be strong currents and tides.
