• Each addition is £80 per person, per week.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Villa to be vacated by 10am. Villa can be occupied from 3pm. These may be altered with prior arrangement.
Accommodation
• Bedroom 1 with suite of matching wooden furniture including bedside table with lamp, chair, dressing table, wardrobes, double bed with en-suite facilities.
• Bedroom 2,3,4 twin rooms with two single beds, and wardrobes (2&3 have en-suite facilities).
• Bedroom 5 with bunk beds.
• Family Bathroom: Shower, sink with vanity unit and WC.
• Large Fully Fitted Kitchen with extensive Dining Area: hob with extractor, oven on a centre island with marble surfaces, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster,
washing machine, x2 circular dining tables and chairs.
• Living Room: large open living area with Satellite TV, video recorder, music centre, with patio doors leaving out onto the large terrace areas.
Cleaning/towels
Linen/maid service: Towels and linen included (except pool/beach towels and cot bedding). The towels, bedding and tea towels are changed weekly.
Notes on accommodation
High chairs and cots available to hire at a small additional cost.
A welcome pack is available on request for your arrival at the cost of 25 Euros.
Please note: There is an annex on the premises that accommodates the owners, but the annex faces west and the villa faces south, giving you complete privacy, for your secluded holiday experience.
The villa is wheelchair accessible.

Anyone with slight walking difficulties will have no problems accessing the villa.
Outside
Heated private pool (10x5), BBQ, sun loungers, wooden patio furniture, large south-facing terrace with stunning views over Playa Blanca and the west cost over to the Timanfaya mountains.
Coast/Beach
The main beach of Playa Blanca is only a 10 minute drive away along with the same time to the centre of Playa Blanca. Papagayo’s secluded beaches are also a 10 minute drive away.
Golf
There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away.
There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive.
Travel
25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire is recommended due to the remote location of the villa.
Distances
Playa Blanca Harbour with ferry to Fuerteventura is approx 15 minute drive. The centre with a variety of shops and restaurants is about 10 minute drive.

Las Breñas is an idyllic location for a Lanzarote rural villa holiday it lies just 4 to 5 km North of Playa Blanca. This peaceful and traditional Canarian village is located in between the resort of Playa Blanca and the picturesque little town of Yaiza. It is perfectly located for exploring the islands southern attractions such as the beautiful beaches at Papagayo, the Volcano Park at Timanfaya, Los Hervidores and the green lagoon at El Golfo.
Puerto Del Carmen (20 min drive) is the most popular resort on the island and is well equipped with marine activities, including scuba diving, deep sea fishing and wind surfing. The coastal promenade houses endless bars, restaurants, shops and some discos.
The elegant marina of Puerto Calero is just a 15 minute drive away.
Las Breñas little town is approximately 1 minute by car where there is a supermarket, a bar and an incredible restaurant.

Attractions
At Arrieta there is the The Aloe Vera House a new museum, also visit the beach "Playa de la Garita."
Visit the Cesar Manrique Fundacion, the Jameos del Agua or the Montanas del Fuego (The Fire Mountains) where you can also go Camel Riding.
There is also the Whale Museum in Puerto Calero, also a good place for a coffee and to see all the fabulous yachts moored there. Car needed for all these places.
There are various different beaches to also visit, El Golfo (also got fabulous Fish Restaurants which only serve fish caught that day).
Please be careful on these beaches with small children as there can be strong currents and tides.
