Villa on Playa Real, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote This luxury villa offers home from home accommodation for your Lanzarote holiday. With beautiful sea views from the pool terrace and panoramic sea views to Fuerteventura from the roof terrace, the villa provides the best possible quality accommodation and is close to the beach and resort centre. The dining room has a beautiful glass topped atrium where you can dine inside under the stars. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and very spacious, the master en-suite double bedroom having a Jacuzzi bath. There is a separate TV lounge with a DVD/VCR player, and a multi-media unit with over 100 films. The villa also has a full Sky package with movies and sports, as well as an internet connection. There is also Nintendo Wii games console. The kitchen is separate and is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The large 10m x 4m pool is electrically heated whilst the south facing terraces provide plenty of private space to relax in the sun. The plot is one of the biggest on the development, and has beautiful gardens. Notes on accommodation The villa, terraces and pool are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Amenities/Facilities provided Hob/stove, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, TV with full sky package and satellite, internet access, cot, highchair, hairdryer, air conditioning,  private pool (for sole use of guests),pool heater, sun beds and towels. Outside Solar heated private pool (10m x 4m) all year round. BBQ, sun loungers and patio furniture (garden chairs and table - shaded outside area – perfect for dining outside.) Private gardens and terraces. Coast/Beach Short walk to the nearest beach (Playa Flamingo), further into the centre of Playa Blanca is the beach called Playa Blanca, further still is Playa Dorada. Extended walks along the sea front past Playa Dorada will take you to the Marina Rubicon which is only 15 minutes walk from the town centre. All walks along this seafront promenade are linked – it simply depends on how far you wish to explore… Golf There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away. There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive. Travel 25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire not necessary but is recommended. Distances Playa Blanca has a harbor with ferry’s taking you only a short hop over to Fuerteventura. The centre with a variety of shops and restaurants is about 25 min walk. Further details If you like to know what's going on in Lanzarote pick up a 'Gazette' available free locally. If you wish to smoke please do so, on the terrace, not in the villa. Children are welcome. No pets. Attractions At Arrieta there is the The Aloe Vera House a new museum, also visit the beach "Playa de la Garita". Visit the Cesar Manrique Fundacion, the Jameos del Agua or the Montanas del Fuego (The Fire Mountains) where you can also go Camel Riding. There is also the Whale Museum in Puerto Calero, also a good place for a coffee and to see all the fabulous yachts moored there. Car needed for all these places. There are various different beaches to also visit, El Golfo (also got fabulous Fish Restaurants which only serve fish caught that day).
