Description

Villa Paz is a luxury x 3 bed x bath detached villa with a HEATED private swimming pool and luxury hot tub with 52 massasing jets which is kept at an ambient temperature. The villa is decorated to the highest comtemporary standard. The living area boasts a chocolate brown leather sofa with a state of the art flat screen TV Sony DVD player with cinema sound. The separate kithchen is well equipped with granite worksurfaces and also there is a separate utility area with a washing machine and drying facilities. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The bedroom has a king sized bed and remote operated ceiling fans. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and remote operted ceiling fans. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 high backed cream chairs. Outside there is ample space for sunbathing with 6 sunlougers set out around the private pool. There is also a large BBQ area with another dining table and x 6 chairs for all your Alfresco dining. The villa is very private and is enclosed all around along with a private drive for parking. All linen and towels are included although guests should bring their own beach towels. Maid service can be arranged at an extra cost, please ask for details
